Refund Policy — DR Shinde Education

Our Commitment to Transparency

DR Shinde Education is committed to providing honest, student-first MBBS abroad consultancy services. We understand that the MBBS admission journey can involve significant financial decisions, and we have designed this Refund Policy to be clear, fair, and transparent. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services or making any payments.

1. Scope of Consultancy Fees

The consultancy fee paid to DR Shinde Education covers professional MBBS admission advisory services, including:

  • MBBS abroad career counselling and university shortlisting
  • Application preparation and documentation support for MBBS in Russia, Philippines, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia, Nepal, or India
  • NEET form filling assistance and application tracking
  • Student visa application guidance and support
  • Pre-departure orientation for MBBS abroad students
    This fee does not cover university tuition fees, hostel deposits, visa application charges, courier charges, or any other third-party payments. Those are paid separately and directly to the respective parties.

2. Refund Eligibility — Three-Stage Framework

Stage 1 — Before Service Commencement

If you cancel your MBBS admission engagement with DR Shinde Education before we have commenced processing your application or documentation, a refund of up to 75% of the consultancy fee paid may be issued, after deducting applicable administrative and processing charges.

Stage 2 — After Partial Service Delivery

If services have been partially delivered — for example, your application documents have been prepared, verified, and submitted to a university — only a proportionate refund will be considered based on the stage of service completion at the time of cancellation.

Stage 3 — After Full Service Delivery

No refund will be issued once all agreed consultancy services have been fully delivered, regardless of the final admission outcome. Please note that DR Shinde Education’s obligation is to provide professional advisory and facilitation services — not to guarantee admission.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Student voluntarily withdraws their MBBS application after processing has commenced
  • Student fails to appear for university interviews, counselling sessions, or admission processes
  • Student provides false, incomplete, or forged documents — services will be terminated immediately
  • Student visa rejection due to personal issues, incomplete documentation submitted by the student, or ineligibility
  • Student fails to qualify NEET or does not meet the minimum eligibility criteria for MBBS admission
  • Student changes career plans and decides not to pursue MBBS in India or abroad
  • University tuition fees, registration fees, or hostel deposits paid to institutions — these follow each university’s own refund policy
  • Visa fees, embassy charges, or courier and documentation charges paid to third parties

4. University Fee Refund Policy

All university tuition fees, registration fees, and hostel deposits are paid directly to the respective medical institutions and are governed by each university’s own refund policy. DR Shinde Education has no control over and accepts no responsibility for refunds of amounts paid to medical universities in India, Russia, the Philippines, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia, or Nepal. Students should carefully review the university’s refund terms before making any direct payment to an institution.

5. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at contact@drshindeeducation.com with the subject line: Refund Request — [Your Full Name]
  • Include your full name, registered mobile number, reason for refund, and payment receipt or transaction details
  • Submit your request within 15 days of the event triggering the refund claim
  • Our team will acknowledge your request within 3 working days and provide a full response within 10 working days

6. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 15–21 working days of the approval date and credited to the original payment method. Any applicable transaction or banking charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your refund request, you may escalate the matter in writing to contact@drshindeeducation.com. DR Shinde Education will make every good-faith effort to resolve disputes amicably. All disputes are governed by Indian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Nashik, Maharashtra, India.

8. Policy Updates

DR Shinde Education reserves the right to revise this Refund Policy at any time. The most current version will always be available at drshindeeducation.com/refund-policy.
