3. Eligibility Requirements
Students seeking MBBS abroad admission or MBBS in India through DR Shinde Education must fulfil the eligibility criteria set by the National Medical Commission (NMC), India, and the admission requirements of the target university. It is the student’s responsibility to confirm their eligibility before engaging our services. DR Shinde Education does not guarantee admission to any university.
4. Accuracy of Information & Documents
All information and documents provided to DR Shinde Education — including NEET scorecards, mark sheets, certificates, and passport details — must be genuine, accurate, and complete. Submission of forged or falsified documents will result in immediate termination of services without any refund, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
5. Consultancy Fees
Service fees charged by DR Shinde Education are for professional consultancy only and are separate from university tuition fees, hostel deposits, visa charges, travel costs, and other third-party payments. All fees are communicated transparently prior to engagement. Please refer to our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
6. No Guarantee of Admission
DR Shinde Education is an advisory and facilitation service. We do not guarantee admission to any medical college in India or abroad. Final admission decisions rest solely with the respective universities, regulatory bodies, and government authorities. University seat availability, NEET score requirements, and admission policies may change without notice.
7. Changes in University & Government Policies
MBBS admission processes and university regulations are subject to change by the NMC, foreign government bodies, and individual institutions. DR Shinde Education is not responsible for any impact caused by sudden changes in MBBS abroad admission policies, fee structures, or recognition status of universities.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on drshindeeducation.com — including text, MBBS guides, university information, videos, logos, and graphics — is the intellectual property of DR Shinde Education. Unauthorised reproduction, copying, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
DR Shinde Education shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from reliance on information on our website, visa rejections, university policy changes, or events beyond our reasonable control.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of DR Shinde Education’s services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Nashik, Maharashtra, India.
11. Modifications to Terms
DR Shinde Education reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
